Little Ways to Practice Self-Care Daily

Self-care is the best care! I truly believe that, so finding little ways to make sure you're prioritizing yourself is crazy important. Whether you go for a run, say an affirmation, or meditate, taking the time to connect with yourself has the power to turn your whole day around. It's so easy, you can start today!

Here are a couple ideas to get you started, and as always, don't forget to let me know the other ways you spend me-time each day: 

  1. Listen to music that makes you feel good

  2. Meditate for 5-10 minutes

  3. Say an affirmation

  4. Eat a healthy meal

  5. Write in a journal

  6. Take a walk

  7. Read a good book

  8. Watch a funny YouTube video

  9. Be mindful about what you give your energy to

  10. Devote time to unplugging from technology/social media

  11. If you need it, take a break

  12. Dance around your room

  13. Get a good night of sleep

  14. Write down what you're grateful for
